credit cards

A credit card is required to be kept on file to reserve all appointments. By booking, you agree to the following policies.

cancellation or rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.

no-shows

Failure to attend your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

late arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, while still being charged the full service fee. If the appointment must be rebooked, a new booking fee may apply.

service changes

Changing to a lower-priced service within 48 hours of your appointment or during your visit will still be charged at the originally booked service price.

consultations

Consultations are complimentary. However, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at $110 per hour to reflect my time.

confirmation messages

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent as a courtesy. Failure to receive or respond does not exempt clients from policy enforcement.

product purchases

Styling products are exchange only (no refunds) within 14 days if there is a defect or issue. Extension hair is final sale.

service adjustments

All services include a 7-day adjustment period. Adjustments are only valid if recommended home care was followed. Change of mind is not included. Additional charges may apply. No refunds are offered.
